Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my scan limits?

We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional scans at $1.50 per document or $3.00 per website audit.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund - no questions asked.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use 256-bit AES encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and maintain strict access controls. Your documents are processed securely and can be automatically deleted after scanning.

Do you store my documents?

We store documents only as long as needed for analysis. You can configure automatic deletion after scanning is complete, or manually delete documents at any time. Enterprise plans offer custom retention policies.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant and can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We offer EU-based data storage options and support data subject access requests.
