How do I get started?

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my scan limits?

We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional scans at $1.50 per document or $3.00 per website audit.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund - no questions asked.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use 256-bit AES encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and maintain strict access controls. Your documents are processed securely and can be automatically deleted after scanning.

Do you store my documents?

We store documents only as long as needed for analysis. You can configure automatic deletion after scanning is complete, or manually delete documents at any time. Enterprise plans offer custom retention policies.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant and can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We offer EU-based data storage options and support data subject access requests.

Technical & Integration

Do you offer API access?

Yes! Our Professional and Enterprise plans include full API access. You can integrate ScanGain directly into your existing workflows, CI/CD pipelines, or build custom applications using our comprehensive REST API.

What integrations do you support?

We integrate with popular tools including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, Dropbox, and major GRC platforms. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.

How long does a typical scan take?

Most document scans complete in under 2 minutes. Website audits typically take 3-5 minutes depending on site size. Supplier risk assessments may take longer based on the depth of analysis required.
